Which player is Premier League’s biggest asset?

Every time a once in a generation player emerges in the world of football, an unforgettable mark is always left behind by him. The Premier League which has always prided itself for producing some of the best talents in football has seen it fair share of legendary players to have donned the game.
There were many remarkable players in the past. Players like, Eric Cantona, David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Patrick Viera, Theiry Henry, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, Yaya Toure, Wayne Rooney & Cristiano Ronaldo just to name a few. However, the above mentioned players have done what needed to be done and are now legends of the game. It is now time for us to have a look at the current crop of promising youngsters and try to figure out who really has the potential to become a legend.
Here is the list of players who have already made a name for themselves not only in the premier league but in world football.
1.    Paul Pogba
2.       Eden Hazard
3.       Harry Kane
4.       Alexis Sanchez
5.       Phillipe Coutinho
6.       Thibaut Courtois
7.       David DeGea
8.       Kevin De Bruyne
9.       Dele Alli
10.   Romelu Lukaku
11.   N’golo Kante

Now, there might be some other surprises in store for us as we can never guess when and where which player is going to emerge as a superstar but these 11 players are definitely on the verge of greatness. Also, I've not included players like Aguero and Carrick and David Silva and some others because we all know what they are capable of and what they have achieved and now they are either 30 years old or above. I'm going for only the young lads in this blog.
So, among these 11 players who has the best chance of becoming a Premier League legend?
I’m going to pick the top 5 players.

5. Thibaut Courtois
Ever since a youngster, Courtois has proved time and time again that is one of the top goal keepers in the world. Just 25 years of age and he has already won the Premier League twice and was last season’s golden glove winner. This is what has given Courtois the edge over De Gea, who is my personal favorite. Before coming to England both Courtois and De Gea have had considerable success in Spain but we are talking only about the Premier League here. So I hope I’m right about this.

4. Harry Kane
24 years of age. Yet to reach his prime. Lot of footballing years ahead of this. This is Harry Kane for you and he has already won the golden boot award twice and since 2014 he has been scoring 20 goals a season. A feet which only a few footballers can boast about. The Premier League has produced not just good but great strikers over the years and Kane is one of them and could become a real legend in the Premier League if, one, he stays in the Premier League and two, if he continues his fine goal scoring form.

3. N’golo Kante
We remember the names like Lampard, Gerrard and Modric & Yaya Toure but after Modric joined Madrid and the two of England’s best Midfielders left the Premier League in the recent past and Toure who is past his prime, we have not seen a player quite like Kante. He is what we call the complete box to box midfielder. He can run along the pitch like crazy, pass like a master, score from a distance, defend like a wall. He is the complete package. Kante is currently the only player who has made the most number of tackles in Europe’s top leagues for the season 2014-15 and 2015-16
His closest competitor is Pogba, who has already won Europa League titles with and multiple Serie A titles but the Premier League has eluded him. Also, Pogba has not been a constant performer in the Premier League unlike Kante who has been influential for both the teams with whom he won the league. There is no doubt about how good Pogba is but for now it’s Kante who’s running the show. So, do I doubt Pogba’s ability to become a legend? Of course not. The lad has tons of potential. He just needs to be at the top of his games for a good few years in the Premier League.

2. Dele Alli
Ever since Tottenham have become a force to reckon with, there was but three players who have to be
given the most credit. Kane, Erikson and Alli. He’s just 21 years old and has already won the Young player of the year award twice in a row. Tottenham have immensely depended on his skills to mount a title charge and he has delivered each and every time. He has been praised by many as the best young player in the world at the moment. A consistent performer with tremendous skills, Alli could just
Tottenham have not won any major trophies yet which is why Alli’s hands are empty at the moment but unless Alli ends up in some other European Club, there is no denying the fact that he’ll definitely grab the premier league trophy either with Tottenham or with some other club.

1. Eden Hazard
Since moving to the Premier League in 2012, only once has Hazard missed out on making his name in the PFA team of the year. He has not only been instrumental but has been the focal point of the entire team, every time he plays on the pitch. During the 2014-15 season Hazard won the FWA Footballer of the Year and the PFA Players' Player of the Year awards. With two Premier Leagues, one Europa League and many other domestic trophies under his belt, Hazard is definitely the player who has made a name for himself in the Premier League and there are only a few players who can come close this Belgian. He is, by many pundits and fans alike, is considered one of the top 5 players in the world and if he can keep it up for a good five more years, then we have true legend in Eden Hazard.
So, there you have it folks. That’s it for now. Peace.
